E.J. Hogan brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, private lending, and asset management. His career began at 18 as a Regional Vice President with a national insurance firm, later founding The Mortgage Money Source and acquiring Westar Funding Inc., one of the Pacific Northwest’s original private lenders. Over three decades, E.J. successfully originated, managed, and liquidated nearly $500 million in real estate-backed transactions. His hands-on experience spans underwriting, portfolio management, credit analysis, and asset recovery. Today, through Kingdom Asset Management, he partners with Revolve Capital, a leading buyer and manager of non-performing loans (NPLs), creating institutional-grade investment opportunities backed by real assets. Outside of finance, E.J. is a public speaker both in the USA and Internationally, and is the co-founder of Washed Mobile, a faith-based nonprofit serving the homeless with mobile laundry services, practical support, and community outreach.
